BIOGRAPHY
James Deane – has an exceptionally rare ability to craft songs that are captivating and prolific while at the same time crossing musical and cultural boundaries and has played with numerous bands in venues around the country, performing styles of music ranging from bluegrass to rock and jazz. Eventually James made his way to Seattle to be part of the music scene there and now calls the Northwest home.
James first album “When It All Goes Down”, which was performed, recorderded and produced by James, is a collection of prolific songs that have a timeless quality to them. James has recorded 4 albums and is in the process of recording his fifth album due to be released sometime in August of 2007.
I love the process of writing songs! It is so existential to who I am, and every time I come up with a new song I get so exited I can hardly contain myself. The best part is when someone is moved by a song I created, that makes me feel good…
